I say yes
sony will product cell processor in 45 nn this year and sony may include a cheaper blu ray so sony can cut the price of the console
then sony predict the ps3 will sell 13 million this year and this can happen just with a price cut
PS4 - over 100 millions let's say 120m
Xbox One - 70m
Wii U - 25m
Vita - 15m if it will not get Final Fantasy Kingdoms Heart and Monster Hunter 20m otherwise
3DS - 80m
