Yes they will IMHO.
They will reduce the price of the 80Gb model to $299 and reduce the price of the 160Gb model to $399 as well as introducing the PS3Slim at $399 with a similar spec to the 160Gb model although smaller and more compact.

Permanent pricedrop for both PS4 Slim and PS4 Pro in October.
PS4 Slim $249 (October 2017)
PS4 Pro $349 (October 2017)
