Incorrect. Naughty Dog is a Sony division, fully owned by Sony. Thus, Uncharted is as 1st party as GoW3

hmm didn't know that naughty dog was also located in santa monica.

 

It's kinda cool how naughty dog are one of the only studios in sony with it's original name. Atleast studios that's been in sony for so long :p
