I agree. Take for instance PGR4. In the photo mode there is and option to add a 3D effect to the photo so that if you have a pair of Red and Blue 3D glasses you can view the image in 3D. When you take a picture in photo mode the system is rendering a shot. This image will have added effects such as advanced lighting, shadows, blue, focus, anti-alising, contrast, brightness, ect ect. All of this make the shot look much better than ingame. Most of what we have seen from Forza 3 is from the photo mode with exception for the videos of actual gameplay. Most of the images you see for GT5P are from the photo mode.
