I am sorry, but your comparison makes zero sense. Please explain to me how a rank in the army is a proper reflection of an individual's skill and talent?
If a genius enlists in the army at the private rank, does that in anyway make that person any less of a genius? If a chemical engineer enlists in the army at the private rank, does that discredit that person's skill?
So, I guess when CEOs start off fresh at a new company that CEO is ranked as a C-rank CEO because that individual's performance has not been measured at the new company?
Please, just stop. You have zero basis to make an assessment of the team's performance. Period.
