Dear ord learn what a spin off is before you make yourself look any more silly. MGS3 was the same story. So was MGS2. IT WAS SNAKES STORY!
A spin off is something that branches from something else thats already in place. In this case it's a story (A spin off can be many things) The Metal Gear series was following the story of SNAKE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! MGS3 was the story of who snake was cloned from. MGS2 was the story of Snakes clone rising to power. See all these snakes here?
