The job of this psp is to give the ipod a hard time in crossing into the game market. If we are going to talk about the DS at all, we should note that the Ipod touch currently does everything the ds does, and a lot more (except (hard)core gaming). This pspgo is in a much better position don't you think? |
agree, but from a consumer point of view, do you really se this as a media device or as a handheld, beacause as long as itsseenas a handheld by the general population it will not compete with the ipod, which makes it compete to the DS.
But i have never metioned the DS because the biggest competition for the go is not DS/iphone/ipod touch is the PSP 3000, beacase i has access to all the digital content and is US$80 less, you see why i say it will fail? because the PSP GO cant compete with the 3000 is has the same features and will also have the apps, so why will anyone buy the PSP GO other than tech savys? conclusion, the price is a terrible desicion if the PSP 3000 is not taken out of the market
