No offense, but I don't see that "foliage" you're talking about. It's all blurry, and it looks like the cars are floating. o_O

I will wait to see this game on my HDTV, because on screens it looks meh.

Post of the year. You are serious aren't you. Well each to there own. I wont derail this thread. Enough of Forza 3 threads have been derailed to fanboy wars. So lets let those of us interested in Kick arse raphics and awesome cars rock it out.

Seriously, you think I care about that GT5 vs Forza 3 crap? I'm just replying as a graphics enthusiast here. The models do look great, and I think you noticed that I didn't say a thing about them (other than they seem to be floating on those screenshots for some reason).

This is as good as the Need for Speed: Shift screens we've seen before though... I mean, clean your glasses or something: there are better screenshots to promote this game. These ones aren't that good.

I agree. I like you selnor, you love MS and you stick your neck out for the company. However, at times you can be unreasonable and get blinded by your hype. I have no doubt in my mind that Forza 3 will be one of the best racing games ever and I think overall it'll be the best racer this gen. Graphics wise it's incredible, really nice, but I'm not as blown away as you are. These shots are alright but I've seen better shots of this game. The cars seem disconnected from the track and environment, almost as if the shots were a bad photoshop job where the car models were super imposed. I was surprised to read SHMUP's post because I had been thinking the exact same thing as I was scrolling through the shots.

The shots in your sig look waaaayyy better than the shots in your thread. I think this game will look incredible on my HDTV in october. This games biggest draw however I think will be in it's customizing elements and innovative new modes for a sim racer as well as realistic physics and collision animations that will make the gameplay feel like an arcade set in real life. Kind of how real life. I mean, if you're doing 200 m/hr and you run into a wall, you're not gonna bounce of it and spin really really badly.
