I beated inFamous and played quite a bit of Prototype. inFamous has a very good story, is very polished, the city feels alive, and has a good/evil morality system. Prototype is a fun game to play but the story is mediocre at best and the city just doesn't feel alive which is actually the whole point of sand box games. It also is very unpolished with relatively weak graphics with the exception of Alex's animations and powers. Overall, I have to say inFamous.
