Forza 3 has the incredible realism of GT series, but it has the ability to add handicaps like the little arrows you see in the videos when someone is driving. The more handicaps you have on the lower you reward is for winning races, but what it does do is make it a much lower entry level game without sacrificing the sim aspects of the game. So racing sim fans will turn off all the assist like the guider line and the no wear on tires and such.
