I'll just quote this from the article and let the bias in the line speak for itself; spot the hyperbole.
"PS3 shadow/shades and lighting detail are either too dark or too light thus ruining the whole gaming experience especially when it come to dark/horror games."
Personally I'd rather have more cars and more tracks than be 5% better graphics-wise, particularly when graphics have reached the level of these games.
