Its definately interesting but it doesn't look fun or really engaging for kids. I suspect that most would probably rather play pokemon than eyepet if they had only those two options. Just looking at the videos I can't really see how interacting would be that much fun. It could work as part of a whole other game, but to base an entire game around it seems like they are missing the point.
