Acutally, we do. Amar on gtplanet (The guy who's been leaking details about Gran Turismo games for years including GTPSP) has stated that the car list will be over 600 and the online component would include alliance and guild creation with "undisputed freedom". The only point where Forza 3 potentially one ups GT5 is in the number of tracks where Forza will apparently have more than 100 while GT5 will have around 96. However, GT5 will include a track creator feature which could turn the tables in GT's favor. Mind you, these numbers are from April. It isn't beyond the realm of possibility that there could be even more cars and tracks in GT5 by the time the final numbers are actually released. |
I'll grant that it is a anon poster (basically) posting "secrets" but the guy has come through before, and confirmed the PSP GT in April, and it was announced at E3 when everyone thought it was completely dead.
On top of all that, GT5 will also finally have complete customization according to a Euro mag's information, its poorly translated, but they talk about putting an Audi engine in a Ferrari (why is beyond me).
I agree about NASCAR, I'll give it a whirl, but I hate oval racing, Im looking forward to the WRC component more.
I own all three current consoles and a great gaming rig, now thats out of the way.

"is it Wii FIt that has sold as many as PS3's sold? Thats a LOL Look at the total sales of software is it just me that sees Nintendo titles hitting 10m+ and you say they arent making a difference? Another LOL!"
"Hell, with all the negative hype Sony spin, people just aren't interested cost is too high and to get the true HD experience (1080p, 7.1 surround) you will need a $1000+ system. THAT IS GOING TO DO IT IN A RECESSION! PS4 will not happen"
