What are the chances for FF13 being the best Final Fantasy game?

theres always a chance but a very slim one it will have to be better than FFVII and FFX which seems unlikely. and even though they had 4 years on this dosent matter either(FFXII took like 6 years and it was crap). However i still think its going to be agreat game regardless
