That's like asking a woman why she likes bigger penises. As long as it "works," size shouldn't matter. The unsexy but probable reason is that bigger breasts indicate a larger amount of estrogen in the body, which in the biological sense, makes someone a more attractive mate. More estrogen=more offspring and higher chance of birth.
I don't care that much about size, but a lot of smaller breasts don't fill out that nicely. So long as they're well shaped, I don't care.
