Are you guys still moaning about battery life and lack of UMD? It's time to get over it.
As a PSP owner (1000 and 3000) battery life is pretty damn good. I also have a charger in my car (which came with the GPS system) and 1 at home. I always run my battery to flat to keep it healthy, and it lasts for days.
If you don't like the lack of UMD option, get a 3000! it still going to be there, and that has the benefit of the awesome larger screen.
And if you are still not happy, don't get one!
For me, as long as i can get it for under £200 i'll be there because it has the improvements i would like for the PSP - greater portability, reduced weight and reduced size.
