Yeah they are too dangerous to ignore. Problem is, they are allies with China. Which means anyone who tries to do something about it gets the worlds largest army breathing down their necks. The US could get away with it considering the amount of business they do with China, and with China struggling economically, the US is more important to them compared to N. Korea. But would it be smart to risk the chance they possibly dont care about that?
