All my life I was used to calculating measurements in ms, cms, etc. And just like you I would laugh at any other measurement technique, but when I started to attend college here in the United States 3 years ago I got used to "imperial measurements." for the sake of school. Now I'm being mocked! unacceptable!

I'm sorry, I can't respect a measurement system where the base units don't have a relation between themselves. Or does a cubic feet of water weigh a pound? Let alone one that doesn't use decimal....*shrugs*
