You don't have to hate the 360 to prefer PS3 and vise versa.

Did I say that anywhere? I was asking why the hate for MS? There are legitimate reasons for buying one console over another. Whatever gives you the best value. Hating one company or another, is not a legitimate reason, and that...was my point.
