I am going to assume you mean loud... and my 360 is incredibly loud too, but I bought it about this time last year. If you want it to be quieter, install your games to your HDD, unfortunately, I can only install 1 at a time, because of the 13GB HDD, and I can't upgrade without paying ludicrous prices
