I would recommend final fantasy 8. I find it the best out of all of them, definitely the best out of that list. The whole game has more of a mature theme. The music is amazing. The graphics also were brilliant at the time, but they have aged a bit.
Which ones have you played before? Dont expect there to be materia like ff7, assuming you've played that game. There's a 'junction' system which I like but its not for everybody. Oh and don't worry about the length, it will last all summer.
Good luck finding it by the way. You'll enjoy it if you like final fantasy. A very very good game indeed!
