Sony were able to predict the Xbox's arrival 7 years before it's arrival?
I think the quote was a reference to Sony believing it's PS1 was capable of taking on a PC.
Funny quotes though, some people (not just Sony Execs) have no PR skills at all, makes you wonder what the internal process is for appointing these people.
