The man himself said the game could be shipped at any time, he is just going to twiddle his thumbs and go watch some races until Sony give him the get go. My guess is for December 2009.
Slim PS3 (more importantly price cut) + FFXIII in Japan + Uncharted 2 + GT5 holiday 2009 = big sales
