It lies completely on MS's shoulders. If they offer compelling experiences that equal the media blitz that will no doubt come with its launch, then they have a good chance of the product taking off. If they do not offer compelling experiences, it will fail. So at this point in time, we have no idea about what actual games are going to be available, so at this point in time, we have no idea how it will perform.
It appears that MS has built some quite good 3rd party relations, so they are in a good position to provide support to Natal.
