the Japanese in the text simply says final fantasy (fu-ai-na-ru fu-an-ta-shi-i).
That's pretty much standard.
It's obvious that Microsoft is trying it's hardest to make it look like FF13 is on 360 in Japan.
I can't believe there isn't legal issues with this as it's false marketing. Maybe it's just a shade in the clear of the law, because it's never actually said that it's in Japan or something.
