There is a slight possibility that this was an accident but I think it's much more likely this was done as a marketing ploy to generate rumours that FFXIII will be coming to the 360 in Japan to reduced the number of people buying a PS3 due to FF exclusivity. Then again, maybe it actually will come to the 360 (see the marketing ploy is already working 
)!
