microsoft is not a bad company. and they do not screw over their customers at evvery opportunity. when my sisters ipod broke due to a problem with the headset they made her pay, but when my zune broke because of a coonection problem they repaired it for free.i have heard several othe rcompanies say this as well. microsoft is a good company that continues to innovate for my money(and i am more than happy to give it to them)
