Is MGS:Peace Walker going to rewrite MGS:Portable Ops history?

Thats what I think but with all his "true sequel" talk Im thinking this might count as the official sequel to MGS3.

Im not sure if he ever said he was dissatisfied with MGS:PO or not so Im not sure.
