A: No children were taken into account, although I am quite certain they have a major impact on the actual holiday sales on the console market.

B: Online Americans taking part in such surveys may differentiate greatly from the actual total American population

C: As someone else already mentioned, there is still a big difference between wanting something and actually buying it.

The survey can give some idea about the amount of interest certain products are generating, but in the end I don't think they are a good indication of the amount of sales the different consoles will see this holiday.
