All I care about is that there are few bugs in it, and the gameplay is fun most of the time.
Yeah, I don't really think a perfect score needs to express perfection, because it's impossible to obtain. Also, when a game does get a perfect score when the standards are as high as IGN's or Gamespot's standards, it feels like the system is rigged. I'd rather it be more like a grade in high school where 10 is great and everything below has mistakes that harm the gameplay. A game that gets an 8.0 - 10.0 on IGN's or Gamespot's scale is good enough for a ten in my book.
