It really is. This is a anti-sandbox sandbox game. If you don't like the BS most sandbox games come with like side missions and "collect this form there" missions, this game is for you.
There are still collect missions but they are action packed...especially later on. Anyone playing, please don't pay on easy as its waay to easy. Most side missions are pretty fun...such as hit all checkpoints in shortest time by blazing through the rooftops, or having to absorb a certan person and collect their memory within 2 minutes.
Should be a solid 15 hour gaming experience that is never a darg like most sandbox games.
