IGN review scores tend to be as follow (from highest to lowest): US > UK > AUS
Expect US score to be around between 77-82 (edit oops) and the AUS score to be around 72-75.
Was gonna get Infamouse before I realize SO:4 was coming out on the same week :P Now looking at both analytically, Prototype seems like more my type of game, I don't tend to like binary moral choices of good vs evil. I'd much rather just be plain evil and just measure my degree of evilness :D
