I guess we pretty much agree then. It's just as silly to demand proof of God's existence as it is to demand proof of his nonexistence. My problem was that you had seemed to be be saying 'I don't have to prove God exists, you have to prove He doesn't.', which, obviously, we don't. Good news is, you don't either. Nah, see the difference was. I'm not actually trying to convince anybody god exists. Just trying to convince people to stop trying to convince people god doesn't exist. Whether or not you think god exists or not really isn't a decision that's going to be from an outside source. The reason i mention it to the people who don't believe in god... or don't really care either way is that because usally it's not until someone says their isn't a god anyone who does believe in him is an idiot do the super converting type people seem to jump into action. I've mostly been saying in this thread you can't tell one way or another, but mentioning why I think it's a good idea to believe in a god. Aside from my own personal reasons which I doubt would convince everyone of anything except that i was a little crazy. Honestly the problem most people have. Both Atheists and people who believe in a certain religion is they never seem to go by the "99.9% rule". Or atleast that's what i like to call it. Anything is possible. I believe in god, but I also except their is a chance he might not exist. Heck I accept their is a chance I might not exist. Also to be fair, there were plenty of things in historical geology i would talk about for weeks to anybody who would listen. So it may of just been the structure of 3 hour classes on which we were tested on every single detail that made the whole thing suck. I mean having 100 question quizes once a week on almost no matieral was a stress because you couldn't even guess where he was going to get half the questions from.
