It isn't FFXIV, Nomura said that so much was going to happen at E3 2009 that he didn't want vsXIII to drown in the light. He obviously knew about the awesome FFXIII trailer and the bombshell FFXIV announcement. So in a recent interview he said that he wasn't going to bring vs to E3, but would bring us a large present later in the year. It will DEFINITELY be at TGS.
