Perfect Graphics so that nobody can say if its real or not. Then perfect physics. With parts of the cars getting older. The Damage should be like the Simulations which are done by the Car manufacturers. And the whole thing packed in a complete replicated Earth. So you can drive to every place on earth. Try to get to the Northpole with a Porsche Cayenne. With absolute realistic Environment with freezing DIESEL you could make Expeditions to South America, Africa for several months. And this in an extreme MMO Game so Millions of people would be on the same emulated Planet. With REAL Championships and organized Groups in every Country, on this fully simulated planet earth. Not only the Tracks but the whole environment would exist. this almost emulated Planet could be the main construct for a lot of games which actually happen there. This planet could be accessed by BILLIONS of people E.g if there is a War (game) somewhere around the world you could be able to drive with your car right in to the battle Zone. That would be the maximum for Racing Games.
To play games which take place somewhere else you could go to an Arcade and play them there. All this for a monthly fee of 50 Dollars no need to buy another games or new hardware in your whole life. A second existence. Just a fully simulated Planet Earth 2.
Maybe we will see a game like Test Drive Unlimited for the main countries with perfect Graphics and perfect Physics first. Of course a MMO with atleast 200000 people driving simultaneous. That would be the maximum for the next 2 decades. Then google will simulate the whole planet like Google Earth. And the term "Game" will change. First step into the Matrix :D
