Where else, besides graphics should driving games be improved?

The ability to install a turbocharger, swap the manifolds, stick a custom intercooler in, have a turbo gauge, change the spark plugs, choose whether you want synthetic oil or normal oil, choose which grade oil you want, put a carbon fiber roof on...all that stuff.
