@ Pristine, I feel like an arse saying this, but why not spend the money and check out an Xbox 360? You can wait for the new $300 PS3 and try some games you missed at the same time.

Yah - I got in an electrician and so far the 4th console's a dream (I'm still going to back it up mind you!).
