I remember reading something similar. I'm pretty sure I also read somewhere this game is gonna put great emphasis on graphics, the art direction is gonna be closer to gears than traditional halo. I don't believe it'll look anything like gears though, except in the cinematography, it'll be much closer to the action, in your face and cinematic.
