I've been saying similar things. Most people are looking at the demos they showed and saying "I don't want to play games standing up and doing the things my character is doing".....but Natal can offer so many subtle improvements to existing game play mechanics.
Even if you're playing an FPS and Natal is doing nothing more than watching where you are looking and using your head movements to control the camera I think that's going to make a huge improvement to the gaming experience.
Can't wait to see what developers come up with.
