I think that Insomniac will make Resistance 3 for 2010. What they need to do though is put it out in October so not only will it be spread out between Halo Reach and Gears 3, it'll also get more holiday sales and most likely better legs.
So far I think the only other PS3 game expected for Holiday 2010 at the moment would be Agent and Final Fantasy XIV
