Project Milo - The E3 presentation gave the audience the impression that you could talk to milo and he would understand you. Peter himself later confirmed that Milo is unable to reconize speach but rather only detects inflection to make conclusions such as "user is asking a question". Milo uses "tricks" as peter states to give the user the impression that Milo reconises you such as statments, "I really like that 'insert color' shirt you are wearing". If you read multiple write-ups of those that interfaced with Milo you will notice that statement was given to each and every person. However, if you asked milo a question like, "Milo, did you like Microsoft's E3 presentation" he doesn't respond at all.
Natal - they stated "you are the controller" leaving the impression that controllers are obselete. A day or two later an interview confirmed there will be 3 types of games. Natal/Classical controller/and hybrid. This is an obvious admission that natal cannot fully replace a classical controller for all game types. Honestly, if you think natal only games are going to be anything other than a "waggle-fest" mini-game collection your fooling yourself.
