No they do not. Polyphony has been working on a whole lot more than just one game at a time. This is unlike Turn 10 who only have to make one game at a time. They can dedicate resources to one project which lets them finish faster.

I can see Turn 10's main goal is to main a game to take GT's crown while PD is trying to expand the racing game genre/GT brand to real life events.
