Yamauchi said GT5 could release at any time but who do you think is stopping that? Hint: GT5 will sell more much in December compared to June. I have not seen Polyphony Digital spout shit about the competiton however just a couple days saw Turn 10 doing that. How you can say PD devs have a huge ego is beyond me. The thing though is that they can, shit happens when you are part of a 50 million selling franchise.
This generation Turn 10 will have released Forza 2 and 3. = 3.98 million sales thus far
This generation PD will have released GT5: P, GT Mobile and GT5. = 3.05 million this far without DD
Output for both has been great but yeah the quality of the Forza franchise is right up there with GT. After the shit Greenwalt and Chespace have said lately though good luck Turn 10 when full details of GT5 are released.
