@ dark: the thread that ioi posted in was for worldwide sales, so probably not America Only.
@ montana: I wrote something similar in that other thread. It's weird how it seems that ninty and ms can just fart in a bottle and sell it like crazy, while Sony can put diamonds in a cup and still won't sell 3 copies.
