Its really a shame to not play this game due to the less mature looking art style and comedic characters. Those characters end up having much more personality and I remember them way more than the recent cookie cutter offerings of FF12. I think I could name every main character from 9, a game which I played almost 10 years ago, but I couldn't name and barely remember the characters from 12 which I played less than 3 years ago. Let's see: Vivi, Steiner, Garnet, Zidane, Quina, Freya, Amarant and Eiko. vs Vaan, Basch, Balthier, Fran.... yep I forgot the rest. Sorry FF12 fans it just wasn't as memorable for me. |
