This reason alone is why I love Mac, no freaking unnecessary expansions to OS every 2-3 years, when they do upgrade its practically flawless with innovative updates with the overall familiar sleek OSX aesthetic. I'm such a Fanboy... but only because I got fed up with Microsoft after having their OS's for 7 years and eventually getting fed up :P

That's only because Apple ran out of common cat names.  I will admit, though, that I am a Windows fan.  I grew up with DOS.  I love XP, never had problems with 98... as for the others... well... there is a reason I didn't have issues with them - I never let them touch my machines.

On the other had, Mac OS 7 through 9, no thanks.  Apple had clunkers, too.  OSX = good, but not my cup o' tea.

I can appreciate a Mac fanboy who admits it and doesn't try to "save the world" though.
