BUT lets stick with logic, what are the consequences if I am wrong? :nothing
If you are wrong: eternal damnation

The consequences are that you live by rules that are unnecessary and that you waste hundreds of hours of your time for your religion, meanwhile I exist by my own code of ethics and have a hell of a lot of fun.

Nothing pisses me off more than the 'eternal damnation' threat, not because it scares me or anything but because its so blatantly a tool used by the priests for power, along with the 'thou shalt not worship graven images' and 'thou shalt give the priest the first of your crops' (or whatever it was) and the tithe, they are all merely tools for the priesthood to make a living off the gullible.

I live my life by the standards God has set forth in the Bible, and I would not in any way say that my time that I have invested for God is a waste of time.  Nothing could be further from the truth.  Also I would in no wise say that my life is not without enjoyment or "fun" as you put it.

I lived for seventeen years before I became a Chrsitian, and those latter years of my teenage life were actually very depressing, vain, and empty.  I had no self-worth, and saw no reason to live and even contemplated suicide.

After I became a Christian and recieved Christ (who is God by the way) as my Saviour my life had real fulfillment, meaning and purpose.  Christians who serve God are no doubt the happiest and most blessed people on earth. heaven.
