Because it's absence confirms it. If GT5 wants to prove it can compete, it has to actually show up, it hasn't.

So, by PD not showing anything off in GT5, that confirms that it has nothing to compete with Forza?

 

So, If I said Modern Warfare 2 won't be able to compete with Halo:ODST because IW hasn't shown all of their cards yet (or Vice-versa).

MW2 will not move the genre forward.
