When playing a gun game I would really like to see how the Natal deals with the player having to pull the trigger. It would just feel silly(more so then usual) to just be holding your hand out with your finger pulling at thin air.

Your grasping at straws. The point of MS demonstration was to show no controller or objects necessary. That doesnt mean you cant use them. Since the Natal can handle facial recognition it certainly will be able to tell you are holding something in your hand. As for a trigger it has been fully discussed here that a simple controller with a couple of buttons could certainly be used to augment the object less control of the Natal.
Its libraries that sell systems not a single game.
