Sony can pretty much match everything Xbox has in 2010. The Xbox games you mentioned will probably sell more, but the PS3 games I named should match them (or surpass them) in quality.

Did you just compared Resistance 3 to Halo Reach?!

I mean, there were threads saying Resistance 2 = Gears of War 2 last year and hell this was fun. Now, comparing any shooter to Halo3 is pretty much a selfkill.

 

And FF 14 is not a huge title. Check PS2 / Xbox360 sales for the last FF MMORPG. And besides that, a release on Xbox360 is likely.

 

But anyway, this comparison is stupid on all fronts. We don't know anything about 2010. Lionhead? Rare? BigPark? etc

 

2010 will be a great year for GAMERS.

I know Resistance 2 was pretty bad but I have high hopes for Resistance 3. They set the bar high with Resistance: FoM and they will have learned from the mistakes they made with Resistance 2. And it's only Halo reach, if it was a full Halo 4 I wouldn't even bother trying to match it except maybe with Killzone 3!

And FF14 apparently is pretty big if they're announcing it before FF13 is even close to out. It must be highly anticipated by some people.

Unbelievable that there are still people out there thinking any Killzone title has a chance against a major-Halo-title. No shooter has a chance against a Halo 4.

I would LOVE to take a bet that Resistance 3 has no chance against Halo Reach, but this is too far away. Halo ODST will outsell Uncharted 2 this year (except Sony bundles Uncharted 2 with every PS3 sold this xmas)
